2X TINS BAKED BEANS, 1 TIN CHOPPED TOMS (BUT I USED 6 TBS OF PASATTA AS I HAD SOME IN THE FRIDGE,1 PEPPER,1 RED ONION,I ALSO ADDED COURGETTE AND MUSHROOMS AS WELL JUST TO BULK IT OUT,1 CLOVE GARLIC,1 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND 1 TBS SOY SAUCE AND 1 TSP PAPRIKA

FRY OINIONS PEPPERS COURGETTES AND MUSHROOMS WITH FRYLIGHT UNTIL SOFT, THEN ADD ALL WET STUFF, LAYER IN A DISH LIKE YOU WOULD NORMAL LASAGNE, (COULD ALSO ADD COTTAGE CHEESE TO THIS) THEN COVER WITH FOIL BAKE IN OVEN FOR 20 MINS ON 180-200, THEN UNCOVER AND ADD CHEESE (HEALTHY EXTRA) 
AND COOK UNTIL MELTED AND GOLDEN
